Hi hi.. my friends.. how has your weekend been like? Weekends are usually busy times for me. I work through the whole weekend and exercise too. I was craving Indian food so I went to Jack's foodcourt to try out their delicious roti.
Introducing Jack's food court
This food court is located in an area where there are lots of industrial warehouses. So most of the people eating here work nearby.
There are many stalls to choose from but I wanted to try out their roti.
To cool down, there is a huge fan at the top. This is one huge huge fan with those long blades.
I went to a stall that specialises in different types of roti. I wanted to try out their Roti Jantan.
I ordered the
ROTI JANTAN - roti with two eggs at the top and dipped into curry sauce.
The male roti. The specialty here in Sarawak. I am not sure if you can get it from other places or not.
The curry gravy marinates the roti giving it the extra texture and taste. The roti is still hot.
I usually leave the egg yolk to the last. I love eating those egg yolks. Some chilli at the side giving it some spiciness but not too overwhelming. The roti is still warm and easily split apart.

We also ordered some fried dough.
These are delicious fried dough. These are tidbits to try out to enjoy and you can also dunk them into coffee. They are best eaten when they are warm.
