How are all of you. Today, I am going to bring you to have some shaved ice. The local shaved ice is known as
The Cendol
Currently, it has been raining ☔️ alot here in Miri, Sarawak. But, it is still enjoyable to have some shaved ice dessert. This is one of those dishes that you have to try out if you visit Miri someday.
Shaved ice mixed with locally made jellies, red bean and evaporated milk. This is one of those desserts where you will enjoy on any hot day.
My wife ordering food. Usually, I leave the ordering food part to my wife. I eat anything she orders.
The Sarawakian Rojak
There is squid, fried breadfruit and some veggies. Everything is mixed with gula apong or palm sugar. There are some peanut pieces at the top of the rojak.
I enjoy eating the fried tofu. Simply delicious. This dish is slightly sweet and salty at the same time. You can taste a lot of different types of tidbits in one dish.
The best thing to do is enjoy it with a cold bowl of cendol.

This is one of the most popular dessert here in Miri as well as in most parts of Malaysia.
My wife
One of our hobbies that we love doing together is definitely eating. So usually, I spend a lot of time working out to get my weight in check.
