It is a pleasure to contemplate the usual things to see if I can express them differently. As in these photos, I tried using new angles and light to look at everyday objects with a bit of aesthetic concern. In each picture, I experimented with the idea that even mundane things can look amazing if I look at them differently. Please join me on this journey to see how ordinary objects can turn into something not expected to be seen daily.

A warm smile
Let me start with warmth. So, I was searching for a good setup to photograph, something that could fit into a lifestyle theme. I was not lost, but a bit overwhelmed with the number of ideas, flying through my mind. I was trying to arrange objects when my child suddenly joined in. Without saying much, he started picking up stones and shells, placing them carefully on the wooden surface. Slowly, the pieces came together into a smiling face.
At that moment, I realized something. While I was focused on creating a theme for my shot, my child was simply creating—without overthinking, without worrying. Just pure, innocent creativity.
This little smile of stones reminds me that happiness doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s just about being in the moment, appreciating small gestures, and seeing life through a child’s eyes.

Light and shadows on banana pile
The second image is a set of bananas in black and white. At first glance, it looks like something else—curves, softness, almost like an abstract image. I think the bananas, something so simple, became elegant and mysterious just because of light and shadow.
For me, the key here is getting closer to them and hiding the context relating to the rest of the scene.
I must admit when I looked at the revealed curvature and layers, I imagined sexy alien crossed legs :):):)

Color gradients
The third image started with a simple idea—a succulent plant. But I felt like a regular plant photo would be boring. So, I played with color by creating color gradients, pushing the image into something more unusual. A small experiment, I believe a little effort to make it feel different worked nicely here as well.

Delicate mesh
The final image is something maybe for the people who like to use organic products. It is a loofah. Something I use daily, something functional, something I didn’t really pay attention to that much. But when I looked closer, it occurred to have an intricate, almost artistic texture. A complex network of fibers, a structure shaped by nature, something practical yet beautiful in its own way.
All the best...
