What's happening behind the scenes to bring new GHAWG content? The GHAWG Diaries is my recap of what I've been doing.

Introduction
There's more to #GHAWG than just daily zapfic entries and the spreadsheet I use to track them. There's research. There's review. There's also thought and inspiration. Then there are the tools involved in doing any of those tasks.
Just to keep things from getting scrambled in my head, and also to document for myself what I've been considering, I began keeping a diary of my activities as they concern #GHAWG. With posts in the GHAWG, Uninterrupted series on hold at Interlude 3 while Act 7 remains in progress, I decided to share these diary entries with everyone on Hive blockchain.
On Mondays which don't feature a GHAWG, Uninterrupted post-- GHAWG-U-- I'll post diary entries from the previous 7 days or between GHAWG-U posts if the time between them is short. For TGD53, there are 7 days' worth of diary entries. The first entry starts on 2024-November-25.
Before anyone scratches their heads at a few terms, here are 3 I began using many posts ago:

📓 I extnded the zapfic queue to 2024-December-07. By that date, Interlude 4 had moved back into 1-entry-per-day. The story continues in Chicago, Illinois, US and the long, quasi-real-time day taking place for Felix Legion. When the zapfic entry for that date is published, readers will pick up on a thing or two out of the ordinary. And David Guardia still hasn't delivered his message to Chicago.
📓 Who is K. C. Callaway? This is the name more commonly associated with Kaylee Chloe Callaway. So who is Kaylee Chloe Callaway? Although I may have come up with her name today, 2024-November-25, she has been an important minor character since 2023-March-31.
It was on GHAWG Date 2028-July-14 when she fixed the Solenoid Cascade Failure which nearly killed David Guardia's Epic Ride, including his long-deferred trip to STURGIS. How early into the ride was David's meeting with K. C. Callaway? David rode over 330 miles through Pennsylvania to stop in East Palestine, Ohio, US just across Pennsylvania-Ohio state lines a short distance west of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US. Put another way: David was 3 days away from his first meeting with Aníbal Rivera in Cleveland, Ohio, US; and he was 4 days away from formally meeting the uncanny Manny Rey in Sandusky, Ohio, US. Had David not met K.C., he would have had to ride back home to Bayonne, New Jersey, US by common carrier bus since he didn't have enough saved funds to buy a replacement motorcycle. Remember, the Harley-Davidson tri-cycle David has been riding for most of his Epic Ride was a gift from Jacob Angel, a mutual friend of David and Aníbal Rivera. The trike David picked up in Davenport, Iowa, US replaced his own motorcycle which was destroyed in the near-fatal explosion he survived in Le Claire, Iowa, US.

📓 Last time I checked, the zapfic queue reached 2024-December-08. At this moment, it goes to 2024-December-19. During the course of the additional 11 zapfic entries, a touch of the uncanny Manny Rey can be seen as David Guardia finds himself in the middle of a situation which could go horribly wrong but won't. While David channels the uncanny Manny Rey, he makes the action his own rather than an imitation as he had done just 7 GHAWG days earlier. Now that everyone was at the Obama Presidential Library, it was just a matter of getting the speakers in a position to speak. In this case, it was both David as well as Lieutenant Terry Leo of the Chicago Police Department Auxiliary. If independent journalist Aníbal Rivera was working on a past event when he was reunited with David after he came out of his 10-day coma in Le Claire, Iowa, US, this time he is recording history as it is happening before his very eyes. By 2024-December-19, Terry Leo will have already spoken his piece. The next few zapfic entries will feature David delivering prophecy to the people of Chicago, the city government, and even to the interlopers as represented by the black bloc brigade. As usual, I will follow the basic rules of logic when writing the prophecy: If p, then q, or else r. For the rest of Rat Bike, there will be zapfic entries sprinkled throughout which show how the prophecy manifests itself into reality.

📓 With the introduction of the Chicago characters into The GHAWG Universe-- Emilio Ibáñez, Luther Jackson, Terry Leo, and Mrs. Hernandez-- I decided to add links to their debut appearances. These links will be added to the list of links I've been using for the more frequently used names. These links are in Markdown format as well as in HTML.

📓 I have no idea how Interlude 4, the one-day story taking place in Chicago, Illinois, US, will end. However, one cue for the end of Interlude 4 will be a song closely associated with the city: "Sweet Home, Chicago". Many people are familiar with the version performed by The Blues Brothers Band in the 1980 movie The Blues Brothers. This version of the song is already 44 years old, and the song is much older than that. As far as the zapfic queue is concerned, it has reached the point where David Guardia has already gotten involved in the events of the day, so all that remains is his prophecy for the residents, the city government, and the interlopers to the city. Next for me is getting him to the podium outside the Obama Presidential Library so that he can deliver his prophecy. Although it's possible that his prophecy will be televised as part of live local news coverage, we can't assume that in this day and age of podcasts and social media. However, we can count on independent journalist Aníbal Rivera recording this moment not just for his own podcast but also for posterity.

📓 I extended the zapfic queue to 2025-January-04. Although there may be an entry or two to tie up loose ends, this date pretty much marks the end of Interlude 4. By this time, David will have made people gasp at his words almost as soon as he starts. Before he leaves the Obama Presidential Library, he confirms one detail of his prophecy for Chicago. It's at this point that he advises Aníbal Rivera to chronicle the next 2 years as events unfold in Chicago. This will be Rivera's greatest scoop since 2003 when he and the United States 4th Army rolled into Baghdad.

📓 I added one entry to the zapfic queue, so now it goes to 2025-January-05. During the first few weeks of Janury 2025 Interlude 4 will conclude. Interlude 4 takes place during the single day that Felix Legion is in Chicago after completing the ride east along what should be the iconic Route 66. When Act 8 starts, Felix Legion begins the ride to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, US to drop off The Kids. First stop is Gary, Indiana, US since it is a short distance from Chicago.

📓 The zapfic queue now goes to 2025-January-06. It's been a while since I looked at digital maps for longer distances, so I need to see if the routes generated by the digital maps allow for easier storytelling, or at least more entertaining storytelling. Many weeks ago I mapped out a route from Chicago to University of North Carolina, so I need to locate that route to review what I had mapped out.
Once I got Felix Legion to the Obama Presidential Library and the storylines featuring first Felix Legion and then independent journalist Aníbal Rivera with Chicago-based characters merged back to one storyline, it became easier for me to write the scene I wanted (not necessarily planned). Then it was a matter of tying up loose ends.
When (and Where) To Catch #GHAWG

This is the normal schedule for the posting of content for #GHAWG:
● Daily -- Each zapfic entry is posted shortly after midnight, from New York
● Weekends -- Weekly Summaries (with modified screen capture from LeoThreads as cover image) are usually on Saturday, sometimes Sunday
● Monday -- Either GHAWG, Uninterrupted if present, or The GHAWG Diaries
● Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday -- GHAWG Behind the Scenes -- The goal is to publish these posts on all days not dedicated to the Weekly Sumamry, GHAWH-U, or The GHAWG Diaries (TGD). There may be days with no post, so I'll minimize those occasions as best as I can.
