Hello friends, on this occasion I would like to share with you my opinion about this film that many of us who were fans of the chubby bear in our childhood were waiting for, I was able to see it recently and it filled me with nostalgia.
Hola amigos, en esta ocasión me gustaría compartir con ustedes mi opinión acerca de esta película que muchos que fuimos fans del osito gordito en nuestra infancia, estábamos esperando, hace poco pude verla y me llenó de nostalgia.
It all starts with Christopher Robin's past in the Hundred Acre Wood with his plush friends, they all have fun even though Christopher is going away to boarding school and won't be able to see them for a long time. The years go by and the little protagonist grows up and becomes a man with a somewhat sullen character, he forgot his adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood and all his friends, everyday life made him believe that it was all just his childhood imagination, but to his surprise Pooh comes back and connects him again with his past.
Todo empieza con el pasado de Christopher Robin en el bosque de los cien acres junto a sus amigos de felpa, todos se divierten a pesar de que Christopher se va a ir a un internado y no podrá verlos por un largo tiempo. Los años pasan y el pequeño protagonista crece y se convierte en un hombre de carácter un tanto huraño, olvidó sus aventuras en el bosque de los cien acres y a todos sus amigos, la vida cotidiana le hizo creer que todo se trataba de su imaginación infantil, pero para su sorpresa Pooh vuelve y lo conecta de nuevo con su pasado.

In my humble opinion this film has all the elements to be perfect, but one of the things I liked the most was the story and the script, they are perfectly made to appeal to nostalgia and good memories, but at the same time it gives us a deep message. I see Christopher Robin as a representation of ourselves, trapped in our daily responsibilities and duties, many times we do things we don't want to do, that others impose on us and little by little we forget our dreams, but not only that, we also drag others into our own pit of nonconformities.
En mi humilde opinión esta película cuenta con todos los elementos para ser perfecta, pero una de las cosas que más me gustó fueron la historia y el guion, están perfectamente hechos para apelara a la nostalgia y a los buenos recuerdos, pero al mismo tiempo nos da un profundo mensaje. Yo veo a Christopher Robin como una representación de nosotros mismos, atrapados en nuestras responsabilidades y deberes diarios, muchas veces hacemos cosas que no queremos, que otros nos imponen y poco a poco nos vamos olvidando de nuestros sueños, pero no solo eso, sino que además arrastramos a los demás a nuestro propio foso de inconformidades.
I liked the fact that we could see this reflected on screen because we could perhaps be victims of this situation without realising it. In his eagerness to work, Chistopher becomes more and more distant from his family, but we also have to take into account a very important factor, and that is that it is not entirely his fault, he is just an employee of the company who follows orders from his boss, a selfish and lazy guy who keeps him busy so that he does all the work for him. However, Chistopher Robin's flaw is that in his eagerness to fulfil his responsibilities, he treats his daughter as if she were an adult, he does not allow her to live the stages corresponding to her age, his vision is set on the future not on the here and now, much less does he look at the past to review her origins and learn from them.
Me gustó el hecho de que pudiésemos ver esto reflejado en pantalla porque podríamos quizá ser victimas de esta situación sin darnos cuenta. En su afán por trabajar, Crhistopher se va alejando de su familia cada vez más, pero también tenemos que tomar en cuenta un factor muy importante, y es que no es enteramente su culpa, él es solo un empleado de la compañía que sigue órdenes de su jefe, un tipo egoísta y perezoso que lo mantiene ocupado para que haga todo el trabajo por él. Sin embargo el defecto de Chistopher Robin está en que en su afán por cumplir con sus responsabilidades, trata a su hija como si fuese una adulta, no le permite vivir las etapas correspondientes a su edad, su visión está puesta en el futuro no en el aquí y en el ahora, mucho menos mira al pasado para revisar sus orígenes y aprender de ellos.
It is here where Pooh comes into action, he comes to connect Christopher with his past, to face his fears like the "efelantes" and the "Wartas" (I don't know what they are called in the English version as I saw it with Spanish dubbing) but I really liked that Christopher learns to channel his fears of the past to dominate them and overcome them in the present by associating them with something more everyday like work.
Es aquí donde Pooh entra en acción, él llega para conectar a Crhistopher con su pasado, para enfrentar sus miedos como los "efelantes" y las "Wartas" (no sé como se llaman en la versión en inglés pues yo la vi con doblaje en español) pero me gustó mucho que Christopher aprendiera a canalizar sus miedos del pasado para dominarlos y superarlos en el presente asociándolos con algo más cotidiano como el trabajo.
Another thing that I really enjoyed was the artwork of the film, especially in the scenes where the screen goes from being in animated format to show us the images of the story, to live action, it is simply beautiful, art in its most vivid essence.
Otra de las cosas que disfruté muchísimo fue el apartado artístico de la película, sobre todo en las escenas donde la pantalla pasa de estar en formato animado para mostrarnos las imágenes del cuento, a live action, es simplemente hermoso, arte en su más viva escencia.
The only thing I think they could have improved was the expressions on the animated characters like Pooh and his friends, I really loved the design, it was super cute and when you looked at them you could really feel the essence of the original characters, but I think they could have had more facial expressions, especially Pooh who is the main character.
Lo único que creo que pudieron haber mejorado fue as expresiones en los personajes animados como Pooh y sus amigos, de verdad amé el diseño, estuvo super tierno y al mirarlos de verdad podías sentir la esencia de los personajes originales, pero considero que pudieron haber tenido más expresiones en el rostro, sobre todo Pooh que es el personaje principal.
