When I am taking street photographs where the urban landscape predominates, I frequently repeat to myself "no matter how common this may seem to me, it is not so common for people who are on the other side of the world" and that way I see with fresh eyes streets that I usually travel daily.
I will use the photos in this post as an entry to the #monomad challenge contest.
I will start with this photo because it has a lot to do with the previous text, what to me seems like a common and normal house, people outside of Venezuela may be surprised by the fact that most of the houses here have metal bars on the windows.
Cuando estoy haciendo fotografias callejeras en donde el paisaje urbano predomina, me repito frecuentemente "por muy comun que esto me parezca a mi, no es tan comun para personas que estan en otro lado del mundo" y de esa manera veo con ojos frescos calles que suelo transitar a diario.

Empezare con esta foto porque tiene mucho que ver con el texto anterior, lo que para mi parece una casa común y normal, a personas fuera de Venezuela les puede sorprender el hecho de que la mayoría de las casas aquí tienen rejas metálicas en la ventana.
I really liked this photo because from where I was you could see part of the city, that large building that you see in the background is a hospital.
De esta foto me gustó mucho que desde donde estaba se podía ver parte de la ciudad a la distancia, ese edificio grande que se ve al fondo es un hospital.
In the next two photos I tried to do the sweeping effect, although I didn't achieve it completely well, I liked them because they have a sensation of movement.
En las siguientes dos fotos intenté hacer el efecto barrido, aunque no lo logré del todo bien me gustaron porque tienen sensación de movimiento.

In the next photo, what caught my attention were the wheels of the truck, they were gigantic!
De la siguiente foto lo que me llamó la atencion fueron las ruedas de la camioneta, eran gigantes!
I tried to frame the motorcycle with the door of the store, I liked that it was a very nice old model.
Intenté encuadrar la moto con la puerta de la tienda, me gustó que era un modelo antiguo muy lindo.

Una esquina ordinaria de una calle ordinaria en Venezuela.
And right in the corner of that corner there was a man sitting hanging out, in the background there is another person and it creates balance in the photo.
Y justo en la esquina de esa esquina había un señor sentado pasando el rato, al fondo hay otra persona y crea equilibrio en la imagen.
And a man walking on an common day.
Y un señor caminando en un día cotidiano.
