Human Survival vs. Animal Rights

The question is not, 'Can they reason?' nor, 'Can they talk?' but 'Can they suffer?'

This is a publication based on the suggested topic proposed in the Hive Learners community through their discord, which on this occasion is "For The Sake Of Science".

I will distribute 3% of the rewards obtained in this post, among the best comments, who will receive a tip when the rewards are collected.

Welcome, my dear readers, to this blog. I greet you and have a very interesting topic for you.

Is it correct for the sake of science that, according to ethics, animals are used for the well-being of people?.

This is a very controversial topic, and personally, I believe that even if it is not ethical, it is correct to do so because we are a rational species.

The conclusion I have reached through reading publications by other colleagues who have discussed the same topic is that if we do not do it, we disappear as a species.

Consider this case: if a lion or creatures that are predators in nature do not find food, they are capable of eating members of their own clan, of their own species, whether they are lionesses or lions, simply for the sake of survival.

We understand that they are not rational beings, but simply animals that act by instinct. We differ from them because we are rational.

Scientists use lab rats and guinea pigs to conduct their experiments.

But I think it is quite controversial because, despite the similarities of being living organisms, the response to certain medications will not be the same as that of a human body.

We do not know if the response will be the same because we are different organisms with different organs that function in different ways. At a cellular level, we are completely different entities.

Therefore, although animals can serve as a good guide to how a living being's body might respond to a certain pathogen or chemical, the results will evidently not be the same.

The only way to measure results that can be partially credible is with humans.

And I say partially credible because every human being, every body, has a different composition and will react differently to a drug or medication to which it is exposed.

So, if this is the case with a human, obviously, with a creature like a lab rat, it will be even more different, considering this principle that they are also different creatures and that each of them within their species may have a genetically very different composition from one another.

Therefore, I believe that the results are unreliable.

Is this fair for the animals? Of course not. This obviously brings many ethical issues, and I think the solution I have considered for this is human cloning.

Of course, the church is totally against this because it says that all life created by God must be respected, and in the commandments, there is the commandment not to kill because these lives have a soul.

But do animals or plants not have a soul? Because it has recently been proven by scientific studies that they feel emotions, feel pain, feel love.

A plant, when you speak to it lovingly, flourishes and improves and feels good.

With animals, we have all seen what happens when you treat your dog, cat, or pet well; they show you love, affection, and joy.

So, if there is feeling there, there is some type of intelligence involved, and it is questionable to make them suffer too.

Now, the other point is that it is necessary to perform these experiments on lab rats and guinea pigs because it is simply necessary to evolve as a race, as a species.

I believe that until we reach the point of creating a clone and the mentality of the race understands that it is necessary to experiment with clones to know the effects or possible effects that these drugs or genetically modified foods will have on the human body, until that is accepted, we will have to continue experimenting on animals, and we must accept that this is the way it is.

If a lion eats another lion or any other creature for survival, it does so as a natural process. I hope I am not understood as a psychopath or trying to romanticize or normalize the idea of experimenting on humans.

I simply believe it is the most correct way to continue evolving and to have an accurate scientific measure of how these drugs and medications can directly affect humans.

Sooner or later, this will have to be achieved, will have to be done, and will have to be accepted because it is a necessary step for the evolution of humanity.

Experimenting on human beings seems like science fiction, but sooner or later, I think we will have to accept it.

Well, this is my position on this matter.

I know it is quite controversial and polemic, but believe me, I am not crazy. It is something I have thought and analyzed for many years in life.

And you, what do you think about this?

Completely in favor of human experimentation, it's about time they did it, it's the best way to know how our body will react. I've never understood the determination to mistreat innocent animals @manclar. Greetings 🤗🤗.

The world is upside down, right now I am about to publish an incendiary post in 3 minutes, with my complaints, without fear and complaining about hive and its people.

Thank you for visiting me Vanesa, believe me it makes me very happy. 😍

But I think it is quite controversial because, despite the similarities of being living organisms, the response to certain medications will not be the same as that of a human body

that's why after being successful in animals it has a clinical trial, where we test in humans

In fact, testing it on animals will never be reliable. I think the option of using clones is more logical, but it is still controversial.

I would have no problem with them cloning a human artificially created in a laboratory. If stem cells are currently used to cure diseases and replace organs, why not use them for this type of tests?

My opinion on the subject is that I find no benefit in the animal models used in so-called scientific experimentation. Therefore, my answer should be self-evident.

Best regards @manclar.

Yes, I assumed you would be in favor of that. Better to experiment on humans right? 😂

Much better, at least more fun, especially if you know them 🤣 and dislike them. For example, a lumberjack.

That would be perfect, strike down the natural enemies and those you don't like. 😀

Personally, using humans as samples may not be the best option because it may have negative effect on us. The rats or anything being used are well tested and they are sure of the process.

Well, let's see how things gets to unfold

Of course it was an experiment, I was forced to get it because if I didn't have the card that said I was vaccinated, they wouldn't sell me food around where I live. It was a requirement to show that card in order for them to sell you food. With this I believe that it is necessary to survive and if to do so we must eat the cows, then it is necessary to do so.
