It is always a good thing to diversify your portfolio and try to invest in different kinds of sectors. If you are investing in the same sectors, then you might end up losing your money. If you are investing in banking, if the banking sector is not performing well, all assets will be negative. If you are investing in different sectors, then you will manage your risk and the risk of getting loss in all the sectors is quite ideal But I think if you are diverse, if you are portfolio and different sectors, then you might gain a good profit if any one of the sector will perform well.
We must have seen how cryptocurrencies have given an amazing return. But the thing is, the cryptocurrency is very volatile and we do see if bad news comes, then all the assets go down. This is very not a good thing about cryptocurrency I like. So I think if you can invest in the stocks then that might be a good opportunity, because some sectors are doing very great. That depends upon where you live in my country, where I live, the infra shares energy shares and some other sectors have performing very great in the past few years And if you are investing in those kinds of stocks regularly, then this might give you a very amazing results Or you can say amazing returns in a few years.
I'm investing in stocks in the form of mutual funds because I don't have any trading experience and other things. So I'm not taking any kind of risk right now. I'm investing in nifty 50 stocks and Pharma Mutual Fund and its mutual funds. So for now, I am only investing in three types of stocks by mutual funds And I hope this is going to be fruitful for me shortly. I don't have any big plans for them. I am going to invest for at least 10 years from now. And so that I will get a good profit over them. And slowly, I will try to increase the amount maybe quarterly, or maybe happily.
