Majority of the people don't even care about their health. And after some age, most of them suffer from health-related issues that can be anything Slowly, they did get used to it And now the thing is, after a certain age, they are unable to do anything by themselves and they are dependent upon others for their daily basic things. We must have seen a lot of people around us who care a lot about their fitness, and they invest a lot of their money in their fitness.
Some pebbles around us do join a gym and do other things to keep themselves fit. While some people do play sports daily and regularly to be fit.
