Yellow, like blue and red, is a primary color, that is, it is not the result of any mixture. It is a light and luminous color, for these reasons it has always been related to the sun.
For the most part, this color has positive connotations, including intelligence, beauty, youth, sensuality, creativity, joy and optimism, among others. However, yellow also symbolizes resentment, jealousy, insecurity, falsehood, madness, anger, among other negative connotations.
These tiny flowers of an intense yellow color correspond to a shrub known as creeping daisy, which are native to the tropical areas of the American continent, which is why they abound in the country, and particularly in my city I have seen it in many places since it is commonly used to cover large outdoor spaces, because its growth is exceptionally fast and requires little care.
In the outdoor planters of the entrance lobby of the building where my mother lives, there were some of these shrubs, which I used to photograph when I visited her, as their flowers usually attract large numbers of bees. However, they were removed a few months ago from the planters and replaced by other plants.
As I have described in previous publications, I used the editing tools offered by Picsart and Snapseed applications to intervene the original image to my satisfaction.
El amarillo, al igual que el azul y el rojo, es un color primario, es decir, no es el resultado de ninguna mezcla. Es un color claro y luminoso, por estas razones siempre se le ha relacionado con el sol.
En su mayoría, este color posee connotaciones positivas, entre las que destacan la inteligencia, la belleza, la juventud, la sensualidad, la creatividad, la alegría y el optimismo, entre otras. Sin embargo, el amarillo también simboliza rencor, celos, inseguridad, falsedad, locura, enojo, entre otras connotaciones negativas.
Estas diminutas flores de un color amarillo intenso corresponden a un arbusto conocido como margarita rastrera, las cuales son originarias de las zonas tropicales del continente americano, razón por la cual abundan en el país, y particularmente en mi ciudad la he visto en multitud de lugares ya que se emplea comúnmente para cubrir grandes espacios exteriores, pues su crecimiento es excepcionalmente rápido y requiere poco cuidado.
En las jardineras exteriores del lobby de entrada del edificio donde vive mi madre, habían algunos de estos arbustos, los cuales acostumbraba a fotografiar cuando la visitaba, ya que sus flores suelen atraer gran cantidad de abejas. Sin embargo, fueron retirados hace algunos meses de las jardineras y sustituidas por otras plantas.
Tal como lo he descrito en publicaciones anteriores, usé las herramientas de edición que ofrecen las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed para intervenir las imágenes originales a mi entera satisfacción.
