Faith
Faith is the set of beliefs held by a person or a community. This term is also used to refer to the feeling of certainty and confidence in an individual or something, and as such, it is above the need to have evidence to prove the veracity of what is believed.
Generally, faith is the basis or sustenance of the different religions, since its followers trust in the norms provided by their religious authorities.
Last March 23, the Saturday before the beginning of the most recent Holy Week, in the city of Barquisimeto an event typical of those dates took place, which was the culmination of the visit of the image of the Divine Shepherdess (Divina Pastora), a Marian invocation that enjoys great popularity and roots in the region, and its return to the town of Santa Rosa, where it will remain until January 14 of next year, when it will again go out in procession to the streets of the city.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
Fe es aquel conjunto de creencias que posee una persona o una comunidad. También se emplea este término para refererirnos la sensación de certeza y de confianza que se tiene de un individuo o de algo, y como tal, se encuentra por encima de la necesidad de poseer evidencias que demuestren la veracidad de aquello en lo que se cree.
Generalmente, la fe se constituye como la base o el sustento de las diferentes religiones, ya que sus fieles confían en las normas que les son suministradas por sus autoridades religiosas.
El pasado 23 de Marzo, el Sábado anterior al inicio de la más reciente Semana Santa, en la ciudad de Barquisimeto se realizó un evento propio de esas fechas, y el cual fue la culminación de la visita de la imagen de la Divina Pastora, advocación mariana que goza de gran popularidad y arraigo en la región, y su regreso a la población de Santa Rosa, donde permanecerá hasta el 14 de Enero del próximo año, cuando nuevamente salga en procesión a las calles de la ciudad.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
