Hello Hivers ππ,
In agricultural mindset the way and how the nature does its things is natural. And that is why relating with the nature itself is a blessing to the Human race. Making use of what the nature gives is also a blessing although so many people do not entertain the use of nature to treat themselves or to make use of them wisely. I said this because moving from place to place, state to state really expose me to a lot of things in agriculture in terms of exposing to exploring more about leaves, herbs, shrubs, root and nature itself. That is why learning in agriculture is not a waste of time. There are some things you already know that you need to keep updating yourself on it so that it will be in line with what they are operating on at this particular century.
But on the other hand those things that you think you know may not be true so you need to meet people and also carry along very useful information about the nature agriculture and other professional work or career. Relating to this is what I bring to you this particular article, which is all about making use of what we have for first aid and also benefiting from leaves and nature. When you talk about this particular plant it is called The Akintola Leaf πΏπ or plant. This plant is one of the ancient plant that you can ever see in west African Nigeria and it is being used for so many purposes naturally to cure so many diseases and to serve as first aid even when you are mistakenly injured on the farm. These are what are forefathers enjoyed during their own tenure on the farm although they also have hospitals here and there but they also use their initiative. them make use of what they see around their environment to solve so many problems healthwise. So this plant is one of those reliable and active plant that they use for first aid or emergency uses on the farm.
HOW DO THE PLANT βοΈπ± LOOKS?
- The leaf is very common in so many states here in Nigeria only that when you move from one state to another you may drive a very long way before you can see them as much as you can. But in some particular state you see them much at some spots even when you are traveling. And that is why it is good to explore and travel away from where you are at the moment so that you will be able to see what other people cannot see and it is called creativity.
The leaves also have a lot of names depending on individual tribe country and so on. So when you do your own research you will absolutely know the name it is being called your own country or state. There are so many features that comes with this particular plant that is called Ewe Akintola.
The leaves are not extremely succulent but it is soft when a rub it with your palm. It also has the features like a very tall like plant. This is also one of the features that will enable you to approach it when you see it from a very far distance. When it's grow to a very maturity height it brings along with flowers which eventually drop down and start it on new life after so many months.
HOW TO ENGAGE WITH THE LEAF πΏπΏ
When you approach the plant you fit it according to your own plan and usage. If you need it in a very large quantity you fetch it one after the other and pluck the leaves gradually. And you can see the way I demonstrated it in the pictures. That is how to engage with it.
The leaves must be a fresh portion of plants. And that is why in most cases it is very much better when you see them either in a very waterlog area or during the rainy season. When it comes to the dry season you may find the leaves not to attractive or useful.
You can also use this leaves when they are fresh although you can use it when they are dry for another purpose such as herbs for little children and adult sometimes. So it is both useful when they are fresh and also dried.
HOW TO USE IT FOR FIRST AID βοΈ
- When you fetch the akintola leaves as fresh as it is and you to find yourself injured on the farm. Once you need to do is to follow this step by step method to apply it on the fresh wound.
You start to rub the leaves as fresh as they are with full Force with your two palm. For close to 10 minutes non-stop. When you are doing this you are aiming at something. Your aim is to extract the juice as fresh as it is so that you can make use of the juice to apply it on your fresh wound.
- When you want to apply it on the French wound to first of all make sure that you can see the traces of fresh blood and the cut must not be extremely too deep. The cut must be slightly not too deep.
You make sure that the plant or the leaf juice that you extracted is Poured on the fresh wound several times. And this also means that you let the juice sink into the wound even though you may feel hurt but it is just for few minutes.
You also placed the leave shaft on the fresh wound pressing it deeply with your hand. This will also support the reaction that take place instantly and it will stop the gushing out of the blood within few minutes of application. It must be done within the range of 15 minutes so that the result will be perfect.
