Hi all, greetings.
Here is my new art work. It's a pen drawing of a beautiful young lady with tribal marks on her face and a hairstyle called Double Buns.
While growing up I often see some ladies plait this kind of hairstyle but I didn't know the name. Until recently, I tagged it as Double Horns but the real name is Double Buns. Some also call it 'Two Chuku'.
In addition to her hairstyle, the marks on her face made her look exceptional. Till date, there are some tribes and tradition that still practice this. I believe most of the marks do have meanings behind them.
This piece was done with a blue ballpoint pen on a cardboard paper. I used scribble technique to build my forms. Below are my steps:
