The contribution of vegetables to human life is immense, so we will keep ourselves involved with some vegetables every day. Usually, different types of vegetables are available in the market. Out of these, I have chosen nine vegetables that play an important role in the human body. The contribution of vegetables in the history of human life is immense. Although some of these vegetables are suitable for eating raw. But eating raw often causes digestion problems. However, the benefits of eating raw are immense. Eating vegetables can be said to be a competition among the unique nutrients of human life. Because, eating these vegetables helps digestion in large quantities. As part of health, there are MP antioxidants and different vitamins here. Let us protect our family and our own health by eating different vegetables.

First of all, we cleaned all the necessary vegetables by cutting them with a knife. Then we cleaned the ingredients including coriander leaves, onion and green chillies. Later, we washed all the ingredients with clean water with great feeling. After all, cooking cleanly is a unique part of our culinary skills.
Then we cut all the vegetables into cubes with the help of a knife and cutting board with great feeling.
