Necessary Equipment:-

Step by step making plan
At first I took all the necessary equipment at hand and after all it was very pleasant for me to take a selfie with green vegetables yardlong bean.
Here we have peeled the garlic onion and discarded the chilli flakes. I peeled the potatoes with a knife with great feeling. Then use a knife to cut the top of the yardlong bean . You can see all the materials presented here.
Wash all the necessary materials including Yardlong bean well with clean water. And here's a selfie.
Here I took the cutting board and first cut the potatoes into cubes with a knife. Then I cut the Yardlong beans on the cutting board with a knife with great feeling. After that, I cut the onions, green chillies and garlic into small pieces. Here's a selfie with a cutting board.

Here first I have placed the curry in the oven. After the curry is hot, I have added 80 grams of soybean oil. Here I have added quantity of cinnamon and cumin. After that, I let the ingredients of onion, green chillies, and green chillies be fried. I have added turmeric and as much salt here. Then mix all the ingredients well. After turning light red, add the Yardlong beans to the pan. And well combined.
Here I have given the amount of potatoes. After all, potato is a healthy food that we eat every day with meals.
Here I have added 250 ml of water and mixed all the required ingredients well.
Next I put the lid on the pan. And heat it in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
Again opening the lid here I have mixed well again. Here I have added gura masala. Here I have reduced the heat of the stove. And as you can see I put the lid back on until the water in the curry dries up. We will then see within five minutes that our wonderful vegetable is cooked.
