we often hear the saying that if you want to lose weight you can't drink alcohol. that isnt entirely true.
while alcoholic beverages like beer, wine and many of the sugar filled pre mixed drinks which are filled with sugar to mask the poor quality alcohol, is true.
the same can't be said about high quality spirits. for instance one of my favourite drinks is a Espresso martini which is espresso, khalua and vodka.
not much calories in that, you can also swap your cheaper scotch and coke for a sugar free coke or pepsi max. or simply drin a high quality scotch on the rocks.
remember, everything in moderation.
