My neighbor is a docent at our local historical society. She guides groups of people, including school groups, through the Victorian mansion that is maintained by the society.
When she is guiding tours she dresses in period costumes that usually include hoop skirts, but this time of year she wears a costume that seems a bit spooky. Just right for the Halloween season!
