Talking about a journey isn't always easy, but today I'd like to share with you a little about what Hive means to me and what I've experienced here to date. Yesterday marked three years since I created my wallet, my first post was a few months later, but it was then that a new story began in my life.
It's hard to remember everything that happened, but I do remember the initial challenge of entering a new universe that involved so many things I wasn't familiar with. My gateway was Splinterlands, and I'm grateful to that game for being a bridge to Hive. In the beginning, all I knew how to teach other people were my strategies about the game, and over time I discovered other communities. Of all things, what attracted me most was being able to express myself, record my thoughts and opinions in different communities and work on my writing skills.
I always wanted to be able to write and get out what was going on inside me. I've never been a writer, and I believe I'm still a long way from it, but being able to have a place that encourages you to do it with quality was what I was looking for in my life in order to develop this skill. Hive is a place that has brought me nothing but benefits, and I'm not just talking about the aspect of being able to write for other people, but also all kinds of knowledge and wisdom that passes through my timeline on a daily basis. I'm much better off today than when I first joined. I learn and learn a lot every day. It's a place that adds a lot of value, and I'm grateful for that.
When I started here, I was lost, and when I least expected it, I found some Brazilians who were coming together to create something incredible, something that would make us proud today, something we couldn't even imagine. At that moment, #hivebr was born, a community of Brazilians that would unify, support and encourage newcomers. I'm proud to be one of the founding members of this project, which is still working to reach more Brazilians and bring them to web3 through Hive. This community has been important in keeping me here to this day and will be important for the newcomers. Hive Br is bigger than me and any other member, and I couldn't fail to mention its importance in my career here at Hive.
In addition to this participation, other points have marked my history at Web3. Friendships have been created here, after all, this is a social network, and it would be strange if that didn't happen. However, what I feel in these bonds is something that refers to a greater cause, an implied union in favor of the growth of our beloved web3 social network. It brings us closer together when we know that we are joining forces to create something great. You know that bonds are stronger when you have something to fight for, and Hive has given me a cause, a place to call home, and I feel obliged to make it grow, prosper and progress.
I've made a few onboardings, some have stayed for a while, others are still here, and some haven't even made their first post. But that's also a good thing, it's a filter to know who is really here for the cause and doesn't just see it as a place to be exploited in the wrong way, a place just to extract without leaving anything in return. Perhaps I've become a religious person at Hive and, wherever I go, I talk a little about this place so that people know the potential that exists here, and every day, within my trajectory, I discover a little more about the true potential that exists here and I'd like more people to know it too.
Friendships, increased intellectual capacity, improved writing skills, building projects that benefit other people. I don't know if I'm forgetting to mention anything... Oh yes, the financial part. So far, it's become just a detail in the face of all the other wonders I've found here, but it can't be ignored! I create content every day. Wow! I'm getting close to hitting the milestone of a thousand posts in the three years I've been here. But my intention with the rewards is to invest here, to increase my HP, which is already close to 13k. Of course, sometimes I have to withdraw a certain amount from HBD when my personal life is financially unbalanced, but I can tell you that it hurts, I hate having to do it. I feel like I'm taking a brick out of a house that's still being built.
Today I'm not going to talk about goals, in fact, I'm not going to talk about many things, this text would be huge. But what I would like to put on record is that I am grateful. A Hive é um lugar que só me trouxe benefícios, e nem estou falando apenas do aspecto de poder escrever para outras pessoas, mas também de todo o tipo de conhecimento e sabedoria que passa pela minha timeline diariamente. Hoje estou bem melhor do que quando entrei aqui. Aprendi e aprendo muito todos os dias. É um lugar que agrega muito valor, e sou grato por isso.
Quando comecei aqui, eu estava perdido, e quando menos esperava, encontrei alguns brasileiros que estavam se juntando para criar algo incrível, algo que nos daria orgulho nos dias de hoje, algo que nem imaginávamos. Naquele momento estava surgindo a #hivebr, uma comunidade de brasileiros que iria unificar, apoiar e incentivar os recém-chegados. Tenho orgulho de ser um dos membros fundadores desse projeto, que ainda caminha para alcançar mais brasileiros e trazê-los para conhecer a web3 através da Hive. Essa comunidade foi importante para me manter aqui até hoje e será importante para os que estão chegando. A Hive Br é maior do que eu e qualquer outro membro, e não poderia deixar de mencionar sua importância dentro da minha trajetória aqui na Hive.
Além dessa participação, outros pontos marcaram minha história na Web3. Amizades foram criadas por aqui, afinal, esta é uma rede social, e seria estranho se isso não acontecesse. Porém, o que sinto nesses laços é algo que remete a uma causa maior, uma união subentendida em prol do crescimento da nossa querida rede social da web3. Isso nos aproxima mais quando sabemos que estamos unindo forças para criar algo grandioso. Você sabe que os laços são mais fortes quando temos pelo o que lutar, e a Hive me presenteou com uma causa, um lugar para chamar de lar, e me sinto obrigado a fazê-la crescer, prosperar e progredir.
Fiz alguns onboardings, alguns ficaram por um tempo, outros estão até hoje, e alguns nem fizeram o primeiro post. Mas isso também é algo bom, é um filtro para saber quem realmente está aqui pela causa e não vê apenas como um lugar para ser explorado de forma errada, um lugar apenas para extrair sem deixar algo em troca. Talvez eu tenha me transformado em um religioso da Hive e, por onde passo, falo um pouco desse lugar para que as pessoas conheçam o potencial que aqui existe, e a cada dia, dentro da minha trajetória, eu descubro um pouco mais sobre o verdadeiro potencial que há aqui e gostaria que mais pessoas também conhecesse.
Amizades, aumento da capacidade intelectual, melhora na capacidade de escrita, construção de projetos que beneficiam outras pessoas. Não sei se estou esquecendo de falar sobre algo... Ah, sim, a parte financeira. Até então, ela se tornou apenas um detalhe diante de todas as outras maravilhas que encontrei aqui, mas não pode ser ignorada! Diariamente eu crio um conteúdo. Uau! Estou chegando perto de bater um marco de mil posts nesses três anos que estou aqui. Mas a minha intenção com as recompensas é investir aqui dentro, aumentar a minha quantidade de HP, que já está perto dos 13k. Claro, às vezes preciso sacar uma quantia ou outra de HBD quando minha vida pessoal está desequilibrada financeiramente, mas posso dizer que isso me dói, eu odeio ter de fazer isso. Pois sinto que estou tirando um tijolo de uma casa que ainda está sendo construída.
Hoje não vou falar de metas, na verdade, não vou falar sobre muitas coisas, esse texto seria imenso. Mas o que queria deixar registrado é que sou grato. Grato pelas pessoas que encontrei, por cada upvote, cada comentário e por cada pessoa que deixou dentro de mim um conhecimento em suas palavras, grato por cada pessoa que me maravilhou com uma arte ou com uma fotografia, grato por cada amizade.
