Lemon Blossoms πŸ‹ ~Phone Photography -42

Hello everyone! πŸ‘‹

Been meaning to join this contest but health, work, other activities, etc. have taken my time these past weeks. But today, I found myself a bit free so I can have more time to sort out troubles.

This week's #phonography contest, I am sharing with you my captures of these lovely lemon blossoms that I am wishing they'd turn into fruits. πŸ‹πŸ™ They're quite photogenic, don't you think?

My sister transplanted it in a big pot and stationed it just in front of my terrace. So I said to her that I am looking forward to see this tree grow taller and flourish and all I need to do is get out of my front door into the terrace and pick a fruit from there, haha not much effort. Not bad to dream, aye! πŸ˜‰

To be honest, I never seen a lemon tree flourishing like little green lime trees locally called calamansi here. So I'm not sure if this is a little bit ambitious. I've seen a pot of lemon tree in Singapore with loads of fruits so I guess it's going to work here, too, as we have almost similar weather. Just almost but not the same. In south Africa they grow lemon trees there like growing moringa tree at my end. But then their weather there is much better than here. Yes, hot at daytime but cold at night time at least in December. And it is always hot here or very very wet. So I'm a little skeptical at the same time hopeful. 😊 Just wait and see... If there's something we're looking forward to, doesn't that make us feel good and excited? πŸ€—

Thank you friends as always for your time and support. Have a chill Friday everyone and a great weekend ahead! πŸ€—πŸ’―πŸ’₯πŸ’’πŸ’«

Looking at the photos I was about to write that I know these flowers and yess, they are lemon blooms... They really look photogenic. Hope you will get a lot of fruits as well! 😊

You're definitely an expert, you recognized it at once. πŸ‘ Yes, so hoping that it will give us fruits eventually. πŸ™πŸ‹ But first, I hope it'll survive the harsh weather.

Haha! I'm not at all an expert. Actually my lemon plant has also been flowering for the last 2 months so I know how lemon flower looks! :)
