I believe this is a Swainson's Hawk, flying and even just gliding overhead. Being up so high made it easier to track, but I really had to crop in to get the details and try to get a better idea of what this bird is. As it looks down, I imagine it is attempting to spot a meal and frok this high up I would say this bird, like many, would need to have some incredible eyesight. It coasted thugh the sky for a while before eventually moving further away and out of sight.
