Happy weekend, how are you all doing today? I hope you all are doing well. I am very happy to share a post here with guys which is all about making a beautiful bracelet for my friend with a very beautiful design and great beans combination. (Yellow and cyan).
This is my first time making something like this, hope I try.
I went to the market with my cousin to get some things to prepare for the traditional marriage of my cousin, and she was looking for a bracelet she would be using since the was not much time she checked for already made bracelets but she did not find the color and the design she loves and secondly, the one she found was too costly she I advise her to let us get the beads and I will make one for her and she was just surprised asking me when I started making a bracelet, I told her not to worry about that.
We went ahead and bought the bead, fishing line, and bracelet hug. I show her some designs online and she makes her choice and I promise to make it very beautiful for her.
I was able to come out with the design you see above. How do you see it, hope is beautiful.
Let's learn together some steps I follow to make this beautiful bracelet
Before I proceed to the steps I will share the material I used.
Material used
- Yellow bead
- Cyan bead
- fishing line
- bracelet hug
To proceed, firstly I pass one side of the hug and tight it at the center.
After tightening the hug, I pass three cyan beads at one side of the fishing line.
Also, pass three cyan at the other side of the fishing line.
I then use the yellow bead to lock them together, by passing both fishing lines inside one yellow bead in cross order.
Here is what the first step looks like.
I then move forward to the next steps by passing two cyan beads at one side of the fishing line.
And also two cyan beads on the other side of the fishing line.
I then lock it with a yellow bead. See the photo below.
After doing the first two steps I then check the length and calculate the number of steps I will be making just to know how I will arrange my design to be the same. I then know I will need 16 steps in total. Reaching the fourth step and going to the fifth step I then make the design yellow all through.
I then pass two yellow beads at one side of the fishing line and also two yellow beads at the other side
I then luck it with a yellow bead
Here is what it looks like.
I do one more step with yellow throughout
I then return to the first process by passing two cyan beads at both ends of the fishing line. See the photos below.
I then lock it with a yellow bead
I do the same process for the next 4 steps and here is the outcome of it.
I then pick another two steps of yellow beads all through. See the photo below.
I finally rounded it up with a combination of cyan and yellow beads.
Finally, I insect the hug and tight it to the edge of the bracelet.
Here are the final results
This is beautiful. Her friend loves it so much and she requests one with the same combination but a different design.
