We all eat and that’s something we can’t do away. No matter what, we all eat every blessed day of our lives. Food is meant to give us energy to go about our daily activities, but sometimes not everything we take in is healthy. There are days we don’t have an appetite and so we don’t eat much and there are days we decide to eat a lot of junk food. All these go into our body and accumulate. That’s how come we start having pot belly and getting out of shape.
However , it’s not entirely the food we eat that puts us out of shape, our lifestyle also plays a huge role in that. Imagine eating a bowl of noodles and heading straight to bed after. And this continues for not just a day, but a week or even months. With this, do you expect to have that summer body and look snatched? Obviously not, you’d be looking like a potato.🤭
Personally, I believe that to have a fit and perfect body, you first have to change your lifestyle. You can be dieting and exercising but your lifestyle is what is going to keep you where you are with no results. But , assuming you’re making a conscious effort to live right, I trust that a combination of dieting and exercising would do the trick. Let’s not forget that this doesn’t work for everyone.
So, to have the right result you’re looking out for, you need to know yourself and understand your body. For some people, only exercising does the magic for them while for others is only dieting. Then there’s those that need a combination of the two. Let’s not forget that there are people who also naturally look perfectly in shape with no exercise or dieting. Everyone’s body works differently.
Regardless, it’s important to ensure that with whichever one you choose to go with, you make sure to not do it too much to the extent that it starts to affect you negatively. Some people even go to the extent of starving themselves just cos they want to lose weight . Are you looking to lose weight or you want to get ulcer? Too much of everything is bad and so, let’s ensure to do things just in the right proportion. You don’t expect to have results in a day, it takes time.Just keep being consistent and determined, the struggle will soon pay off in due time. I hope this helps someone out there.
