Greetings to all coffee lovers!

I want to take advantage of this opportunity to share with you my elaboration of a vanilla latte step by step live and direct in the company of my fellow trainer, manager and barista who has been hard at work training me and explaining to me each and every detail necessary to apply in the elaboration of this art.

A vanilla latte consists of a small amount of coffee with a lot of milk, half a spoonful of vanilla and milk cream, the equivalence of the coffee used is extracting an espresso from the machine.

Thanks to my trainer I have learned many things regarding the elaboration and tasting of coffee, at least I have learned when the coffee is good or bad, just by seeing it smell it and tasting it a little bit, I got used to it. Thanks to the fact that every day I have to calibrate with the help of the barista the coffee grinder so that the first coffees are bad or have a taste that is not totally convincing, it has improved for when the coffee as such starts selling and we continue our normal working day.

Speaking more about the latte that I am preparing, this time I wanted to prepare it small simply to be able to continue training in smaller spaces so that at the time of having a good performance when preparing latte I can take advantage of it to the maximum with the bigger cups.

All the pictures were taken with my Samsung A15, the edits were made with Canva App and the translation with DeepL.

Why do your posts inevitably leave me craving a good coffee? I'm not much for vanilla (I prefer stronger flavors) though I must admit even I am seriously tempted by this! Thanks for sharing it with us :)

Greetings friend, I am glad it is so, it is a pleasure, I would recommend a doppio cappuccino or a dopio, I know you would love it.

Thank you for stopping by. See you again soon:)

Greetings friend, great that you have the opportunity to prepare coffee that way and thus be able to learn every detail and technique in that world, also excellent that choice and the good thing is that in just seconds you can get a cup of quality coffee and I hope you continue learning.

Greetings friend, thanks for the support, I continue to learn more about my work every day.

I like the way it looks. I've always considered coffee baristas to be artists, well, it's just that some of their creations are really mind-blowing. I hope you keep improving, you are doing great!

Thanks for your support friend, it only remains to say that the world of coffee is wider than it seems.
