This is Café con Bracamonte, a very special place for me, since it was here that I started my journey as a coffee lover.
I came here on the recommendation of an old friend who is a barista and very professional in his field, who was the one who instilled in me the necessary wisdom to know when the coffee is good and when it is bad.
With him I learned and trained my palate in an almost professional way, I learned to differentiate between coffee beans, by their different roasting, extraction times, and other variants of espresso.
The espresso is the base of the machine coffee, a good espresso speaks of the barista's capabilities, but not everything is the barista. There are also factors that have an influence, such as the granometry, the amount of ground coffee for the extraction, the preparation and the roasting.
The world of coffee is so vast that it could take me a lifetime to learn everything and explain it all.
Simply fascinating. Here I present to you an espresso from the new barista in charge, as was to be expected, an exquisite specialty coffee.
For me a good coffee as a base has to have a perfect espresso, the espresso will speak for itself.
I do not forget to mention that the place is charming, the attention special and the service of high quality.
I also think that the coffee here is for everyone, since it has a medium roast, pleasant for all types of coffee-loving customers.
