Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are well. Recently, I visited all the Japanese restaurants called Sukiya. According to my friend, this place is very famous in Japan. So, I dared to try food in Indonesia.
This food consists of a lot of ramen and rice. The full name of this place is Sukiya Tokyo Bowls and Noodles. There are many bowls and ramen. This place is not too big, but when I went there there were many visitors. This place uses a lot of red ornaments. Different from other Japanese foods that use yellow and orange.
The three of us ordered three menus, a set menu of good rice and soup. My friend added a crushed egg. In this place, there are mainstay menus such as chicken ramen curry, and rice bowls with various toppings such as chicken katsu and others. How about my experience eating here?
For the seasoning of the food here, it is very minimalist. There is no sweet taste. This place provides cash as an additional topping. The food here needs to be mixed with rice, gyudon, pickles, and a little soy sauce. That makes the food here perfect. Not too bland. No sauce like other places provide.
The three of us chose ocha as a complement to the food. Incidentally, the ocha here can be refilled, that's what made me order this drink. This eatery serves additional toppings and various types of food sizes. There is cheese too. For the taste, for me, other competitors like Yoshinoya have enough spices and are savory. The seaweed soup here is bland.
