Привіт! Монета Козак Мамай введена в обіг 23 липня. Загалом серія монет присвячена найвидатнішим героям України та подіям, що кардинально змінили хід історії нашої країни.
Монета зі срібла важить 31.1 г, а її діаметр складає 38.6 мм. Для допису “Монета із серії “Герої козацької доби”: Козак Мамай, номінал 20 гривень, срібло, 1997 рік “ використано дві світлини з офіційної сторінки сайту Національного банку України. Монета має рифлений гурт й випущена тиражем 5 тисяч штук.
Реверс. Від центральної частини край монети відділено колом з намиста. Тут викарбувано напис Лицар Волі та Честі й назву монети. В центрі зображений головний герой. Він грає на бандурі, а навколо нього нанесено цілий ряд атрибутів козацької епохи.
Лицьова сторона. Тут також нанесено намисто по колу. З зовнішньої сторони викарбувано напис Україна та номінал прописом. В центрі можна побачити лева та Архістратига Міхаїла, а між ними — Тризуб. Угорі вказано рік карбування монети, а нижче — номінал (цифрою) 20. По боки від номіналу вказано назву металу, вагу, пробу.

Greetings! The Kozak Mamai coin was put into circulation on July 23. In general, the series of coins is dedicated to the most outstanding heroes of Ukraine and events that radically changed the course of our country's history.
The silver coin weighs 31.1 g, and its diameter is 38.6 mm. For the post "Coin from the series "Heroes of the Cossack Age": Kozak Mamai, denomination of 20 hryvnias, silver, 1997" two photos from the official website page were used National Bank of Ukraine. The coin has a fluted band and was issued in a mintage of 5,000 pieces.
Reverse. The edge of the coin is separated from the central part by a circle made of a necklace. The inscription Knight of Freedom and Honor and the name of the coin are engraved here. The main character is depicted in the center. He plays the bandura, and a number of attributes of the Cossack era are painted around him.
Front side. A circle necklace is also applied here. On the outside, the inscription Ukraine and the nominal value are engraved. In the center you can see a lion and Michael the Archstrategist, and between them - the Trident. The year of minting of the coin is indicated at the top, and the denomination (number) 20 is indicated below. The name of the metal, weight, assay are indicated on the sides of the denomination.
