Importance of sleep. Cleanplanet activity

Hello everyone and welcome to my post.

It is a new day, a bright and beautiful day with good air, beautiful sunrise and a lovely weather.

Everything was going fine, even though rain fell last night. The rain made my sleep to be better and deeper.

The importance of sleep is one that people pay less attention to. Some persons joke with their sleep, some do not sleep at all, while some change their circadian rhythm in entirety.

The need for quality and quantity sleep is very important as it helps with psychology as well as physiological activities.

When a person lack sleeps, there are many signs in which the person will begin to exhibit. One of this sign is a sign of lowered mental health.
Anger will be the order of the day as frustration kicks in. The person will be frustrated over petty things. Headache accompany's these signs. Not a strong headache, but a very uncomfortable one. You will not know whether you should lay down or stand up. The headache will not be intense, but it will make you very uncomfortable.

Eyes will begin to show their own signs as he pupils begin to dilate and go back inwards. Black eye can be seen if sleep deprivation is intense. Visible veins on the eye as the eyes begin to get red. Your eyes will want to close on its own.
It will get to a point when you will start feeling like you took a sleeping pill. You'll be subconscious but at the same time, able to switch back to your conscious state, though not being able to properly control the switch.

It is quite a frustrating state as you don't know what you want at this moment. Worst of it all is when you have something you really need to accomplish but have not finished it.

It is important to be in top health. Somebody use to tell me that if I have anything doing and sleep kicks in, I should leave it and sleep. Haha. A good advice though.
