Hello friends, how are you today, the beginning of 2025, and happy new year to all, may you always be healthy and may you always be protected by the Almighty, friends, today I meet again with me, Diana, on this occasion I will share some interesting pictures or photos and some knowledge that I know about the benefits of Telang flowers and peacock flowers, in my area of Indonesia, especially Aceh, these flowers are called peacock flowers.
First of all I will tell you about the benefits of Pelang flowers and how to make Pelang flower water can be used as medicine, what we have to do is pick all the Pelang flowers that have bloomed and are purple, to make them last longer, we can dry the flowers for about 30 minutes in the hot sun, if the Pelang flowers look dry, we can save them for when we need them, we can use them
How to make it is quite easy, just soak them in clean water, about forty-five minutes, we can drink the soaked water, and we can make it for thirst water and for snack water, we can mix it with basil and we can also use lemon, and we can also make pudding and others.
The benefits of Pelang flower soaked water can be to lower cholesterol and high blood pressure and can also be used for others, and the Pelang flowers also have green seeds if the seeds are dry we can easily re-plant them and they can easily grow quickly! And it can produce many more flowers, with many flowers we can use the soaking water at events and can reduce costs again to give other minimal things.
As for the peacock flower that looks beautiful and has a unique texture like a peacock's tail, as for this one flower, it has good properties in its leaves and seeds whose leaves are round like moringa leaves have a very valuable function, namely to cure coughs in babies.
The method is very easy, we simply smooth the leaves and we filter the water about half a teaspoon and we mix it with a little salt, it can be an effective cough medicine for babies and for adults too but the dosage is one teaspoon and can also be more for maximum results and the seeds of this peacock tree can also be eaten, and it tastes good too.
Enough here for now for this opportunity see you again in the next post, hopefully useful for myself and for all my friends, and hopefully always in a happy and cheerful state. I am Diana and in my hive named @nyakna always healthy for all of you, don't forget to smile happily today tomorrow and forever.
