This is the progress of the information that was last shared in the Vibes community days ago about the Vibes Talent Scout Project.
As I alway do, permit me give a big shoutout to our lovely admin @lordbutterfly for considering this idea a beautiful one, giving out his appreciated support and also for the great works happening weekly in this prestigious community.
A big shoutout to @verbal-d, a person of great integrity, a brother in Christ and a reputable person that has through his dedication as a judge contributed to the growth of the community and also inspired many.
A special shoutout to @silentscreamer, a kind hearted person, a loving judge and a loving personality.
LATEST UPDATE ABOUT VIBES TALENT SCOUT PROJECT AS OF NOW

As of today, the progress we have achieved as a team is an one thing to look back on and smile.
As of today, the number of people undergoing the onboarding process are more than 50 and many more are still incoming.
These past few days have been very hectic for me as guiding the newbies to creating their accounts is not an easy task.
I'd love to give a special appreciation to @Starstrings01 and @Iyedrumz007 for their commitment towards the success of the vibes talent scout project.
Without their support, I won't have been able to do this alone
80 people were auditioned and 48 people made it to the First round.
As our major aim is onboarding people to hive, we have our strategy that still kept people in the WhatsApp group created for easy collection of talents.
After the first round of the contest, 17 people passed the judges criteria and made it to the final round.
On the final day of the contest, the team streamed the event live for other hivers to see what's going on live.
However, we got disconnected at some point due to poor network connectivity.
I'd like to appreciate @verbal-d for sharing the link to the appropriate channels which got the live event some views.
On the final day of the event, the top 19 that made it through got reduced to top 7.
These top 7 had a tough music competition which gave the judges a tough time on selecting the top 3.
After the sweet display of talents from the contestants, @Starstrings01 had to increase the prizes list right there on stage before the awarding of the prizes because of how good the contestants presented.
This gave us a new prize list.
1st place > 100,000 naira
2nd place > 50,000 naira
3rd place > 30,000 naira
4th place > 10,000 naira
5th place > 5,000 naira
The additional 4th place and 5th place prizes were sponsored by @Starstrings01.

Iwala Olamide mercy is an amazing singer who thrilled the judges and the audience on the final day of the contest.
She understand her vocal limit and she worked with it to deliver a beautiful performance that gave her the spot that day.
As we speak, She's undergoing onboarding process and she'll be a member of Hive soon.
2nd place š„
Boluwatife Omoniyi is a singer with a beautiful riffs and runs technique.
She knows when, where and how to apply these techniques while singing.
These skills of hers coupled with her beautiful sustaining strength gave her the spot on that day.
As we speak, She's undergoing onboarding process and she'll be a member of Hive soon.
3rd place š„
Glory Aduragbemi is an awesome singer and she's been with vibes community for a while.
Glory Aduragbemi wowed the audience with her beautiful vocal skills and showed the audience that Vibes community is a home of talents and for talents.
She was also a witness on the contest day.
Her testimony revealed the beautiful truth about Hive alongside what the host, @obaro had enlightened the audience.
4th Place (No winner Poster)
Dexter Vibes is a very creative singer with a beautiful musical connection and aura.
He presented his original Songs throughout the phases of the competition.
He was able to prove the the judges why he's worthy of the 4th spot.
As we speak, he's undergoing onboarding process and she'll be a member of Hive soon.

Isaac is an amazing and talented guitarist.
He showed his musical intelligence by delivering a beautiful chords + solo style of playing.
His finger picking technique is an amazing one.
As we speak, he's undergoing onboarding process and she'll be a member of Hive soon.
The vibes participants Whatsapp group currently has over 100 people inside with our prestigious Judge @verbal-d among us to share some tips to guide the new onboardees.
