At how much staked $HIVE is it possible to claim these or what else is the prerequisite to do so?
Somewhere around 7000 HP is required to get possibility to claim 1 token at 100% RC.
But if you are active, which means often your RC level hover around 80-90%), then minimum ~9000 HP should be staked, to have possibility to claim a token time to time
22K HP can alow to claim up to 3 tokens at once ( if RC grows close to 100%)

Yes it is. If you have only ~7000 HP staked, and claim 1 account token, your RC will instantly drop down to maybe 3-5%, or even less, than you got to wait almost a week to recover all back too 100% RC

Been claiming for years at some point I think they could be some value in having token accounts.
Good move and I do the same. Free claim tokens might come handy on onboarding new users or even reserving cool nicknames here on the Hive blockchain.
What is tthe name of the token ?? And what type of accounts will the tokens be created with ?? I saw you mention account creation tokens.
