Hello to all my Hive friends. Hope everyone is well. It's me @onlygod55 .This is my first post in this beautiful community. Today I am going to share some beautiful moments spent in Sundarbans. I hope everyone will like my blog.Thank you all.

SUNDARBANS:

Sundarbans is located in the coastal region of Bay of Bengal. Sundarbans is one of the natural wonders of the world. Sundarbans is the largest mangrove in the world. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.

Sundarbans are located between two countries, Bangladesh and India. After the independence of the subcontinent, India got one part and Bangladesh got the remaining two parts of Sundarbans. Sundarbans, Khulna Bagerhat and Satkhira districts of Bangladesh are spread together .The area of Sundarbans is 10 thousand square kilometers.

Sundarbans is basically known as mangrove forest in the whole world, which is the only mangrove forest in the whole world. Sundarbans has a variety of animals and birds, the most interesting one is the Royal Bengal Tiger. Tourists from different parts of the world come to visit Sundarbans. Now it is known as a famous tourist place.

First I and my friends went to Sundarbans by steamer from Mongla Port through Pasur river. After reaching a place called Karamjal, we all went inside Sundarbans and enjoyed some wonderful moments of Sundarbans. Sundarbans has many species of plants like sundari, teak etc.Originally Sundarbans got its name from the beautiful tree named sundari. In addition to many other small and large species of trees, many types of animals also live in Sundarbans such as deer, giraffe, crocodile and the most interesting Royal Bengal Tiger.Me and my friends saw different types of plants and some animals were beautiful but Royal Bengal Tiger was the main attraction but we were not lucky enough to see it.

After wandering around the Sundarbans all day, my friends and I reached our destination by boat again in the afternoon to enjoy the beautiful waves of the Pashu river. The day is very memorable for me.

In the afternoon, my friends and I visited a fish market at the Mongla sea port next to the SundarbansVarious species of fish caught from the Sundarbans are sold there such as hilsa, poa, roopchanda, etc. Also the Sundarban crabs are commercially exported abroad.

We also visit a fisheries research center located near the Sundarbans. Which basically researches various fish species of Sundarbans.

At the Fisheries Research Center we see a variety of fisheries related equipment that researches how to preserve fish species and increase fish growth. We can learn about different types of equipment in fisheries research center. The main subject of the research center was to research the breeding and growth of fish and how to increase the production of different types of fish and shrimp to meet the fish demand of the country as well as earn money from abroad.

On the way back from the Sundarbans in the evening, there is the traditional 60-domed mosque of Bangladesh located in Jessore district.
It is an ancient mosque in Jessore district which was built in the 19th century. My friends and I got off the bus in the evening and spent some time at the Sixty Domed Mosque. The atmosphere and tradition there captivated us.

After an amazing day we reached our respective destinations. Sundarbans is the most historic and unique mangrove forest in Bangladesh and the world's only mangrove forest. The day was very memorable for me. Thanks everyone. Hope you all like my block.

It’s in the middle of India and Pakistan? That sounds interesting. It’s a beautiful place and I like how green the trees are. That’s really therapeutic.
