Hello beautiful people. Let’s look at how consistent small efforts over time can lead to huge and significant improvement in one’s life, be it through acquiring and developing new skills, better habit management, or achieving both short- and long-term life goals.
Let’s look at someone called Fafa and the beautiful dream she had and nurtured.
She was once in a small village, one of the youngest females to come out of the village and she had a dream to build one of the biggest and most beautiful gardens ever seen in the entire area. Her dream was big, but her family had little money and with that little money, they took care of their family from their earnings and did whatever else that was more relevant and prioritized than owning a garden.
The land on which their house was built was overrun with weeds and rocks and it proved to be a dangerous place to even thing of building a garden not to talk of a beautiful garden, it would not only require money, but it would also require a lot of hard work. Every day after school, Fafa would spend a few minutes working on the dream of building and owning a beautiful garden. She started by pulling out weeds and clearing the land as much as she could daily, then she enlisted the help of her friends to move the rocks to the edge of the land to form some sort of barrier.
At first, the progress seemed too slow, in a month, she had only succeeded in clearing half of the land and then she planted seeds. Many people doubted she would be able to continue after the first month, they mocked her, they didn’t know where she got her strength from, but she was persistent, every day, little by little, the garden began to take shape, her effort began to make a difference.
The weeds were cleared, the land was clean, the seeds were planted, the soil was watered, the soil was rich and fertile, after a few days, the seeds started to sprout. With each passing day, the garden grew a bit vibrant, and her patience and dedication transformed the barren land into a stunning display of flowers and at the back of her parents’ house, she grew vegetables that would last from year to year.
After a year, her once humble garden became a symbol of how small, consistent efforts can lead to extraordinary results. At the end of the year, tourist traveled far and wide to come see what Fafa had made, her story spread through the village, it traveled to the town, and then abroad.
Her life became an inspiration to other children and adults to pursue their dreams with the same steadfast commitment and from that she learned that even the grandest dreams can come true, one small step at a time.
Initiate dreams that blossom into something great, that extend from one generation to another and that transform lives, you can do this once you put your mind to it and you will realize that it is achievable.
