It is those people who don't bear any title that influence other people the most.
You don't have to be a leader to influence, you don't need any special assignment to influence

THE FIVE DYNAMICS OF INFLUENCE
LEVEL 1: SPECTATORSHIP
We are all spectators to varying degrees, it is natural to be a spectator, and it is something you will do daily.
There are however people who will only remain in this level of Influence, they have become tuned to monitoring the activities of others.
They watch how you behave, what you do, where you go, who you talk to and what you say.
You must exercise caution when you encounter spectators.
A good example of a perfect spectator is that neighbor that doesn't talk to you but watches your every move.
That is why is is unwise to live lackadaisical, Spectators can tell you every move you have made in one year, they will know everything about you. The day you meet them, they can turn your entire world around.
Just because that person by the door isn't paying attention to you doesn't mean you should say something bad about your boss or colleague, or a friend or your landlord or even your pastor or your fiance.
The day your mother in law will arrive, they will download your words like season film to her.
You will be wondering who told her all she knows.
You will be like Mama welcome, she will say Don't welcome me, you that do not like me
You will be like, abi she is a witch?
No, your mother in law is not a witch, a spectator has given her the info like CNN
SPECTATORSHIP is the lowest level of Influence but they can ruin your life if you are not careful with them.
LEVEL 2: FANATICS
A fan is the step above a spectator, you may not still know them but sometimes you may. They will follow every single activity of your life especially online: your achievements, your goals, your happiness, your downfalls.
The easiest example I can give are fans of football.
Who knows Ronaldo and Messi here?
All of us right?
Except you are living inside bush.
But the question is does Ronaldo and Messi know you? Yes they influence the lives of millions of people everyday.
To some people they are like god.
Fans will complain when you lose or make errors in judgement. They may quarrel with their wives sef because of you.
Fans will celebrate when you succeed.
You will see them buy chicken and chips just because you won and they will buy your jersey, paint their faces and so on.
The crucial point is they invest a lot of their time in life's journey. The problem with fans is the way they quickly associate with you is exactly how they forget you.
What you do can to influence a fan can completely ruin their life and the case can also be reversed.
