I never worried about Teflon and I even thought it was better for my utensils to have it... until, like you, it started to come off. Now I hardly use the pans (since we bought the air fryer, divine treasure!!), but I do use the casseroles and one of them started asking for a replacement. I had reservations about replacing it with one that didn't have Teflon, but you've finished convincing me. 😃
