98th minute equaliser hurts like hell

Cercle Brugge

Tonight we played Standard Liège in Bruges, in front of a nice crowd. And we played well, with a well deserved goal in the 65th minute from Flávio Nazinho. Sadly we forgot to score the second liberating goal. And eventually we got punished for that in the 98th minute with a very stupid equaliser by Standard after bad defending by us.

Sadly, only one point and not three!

Next week there’s another game, luckily!

        A late time equaliser hurts very much, as you said...

        But as an amateur footballer myself, I know how good it feels to score a decisive goal in the last few minutes. Afterwards, a liter or two of beer flows. 😂
