I found a hidden gem at Dahilayan. What a serendipitous find as we drove through the scenic roads of Dahilayan. We passed through Bagalangit road at Bagalangit, Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, Philippines.

Perhaps we found a hidden gem not to mention the Kumaykay River connection to the well-known Kumaykay River Farm. What I love about the place is a perfect spot to visit since anyone could enjoy it for free. There is no entrance, simply enjoy hiking and trailing to reach the pristine waters and scenic views.

We stopped at this spot witnessing the spectacular clouds and inviting atmosphere going to the Kumaykay River Farm. Meanwhile, we followed the trail along the river.

There were tall, wild grasses yet it was the best place to explore for a nature lover and an adventure seeker like me. I spent the day exploring the beautiful scenery and cold waters of the river with its turbulent flow towards the Kumaykay River Farm.

One of the reasons why we went to Bagalangit was to look for a roasted chicken because we were not able to buy it before entering here as there was no cooked chicken available in all the stores we passed by. And were planning to have a picnic to celebrate the 13th birthday of my sister yesterday, until we stumbled on the road going to Kumaykay River Farm.

Dahilayan is known for its picturesque views and there are spots where we could just stay for free with the amazing scenery of nature. Indeed, there are a lot of great things about Dahilayan and it is so famous for its scenic views, thrilling adventures, and evergreen scenery by the mountains and ridges.

At first, we just planned to stay at the beautiful views in Bagalangit with the shady trees along the wonderful ridges, but little did we know that our search for a roasted chicken in Dahilayan would lead us to a hidden gem that made our day truly unforgettable, and even decided to have a picnic at the spot for free.

I often hear from my neighbors and friends about them going to the Kumaykay River. I thought that they were going to an expensive resort, but here we go, we found an enchanting part of the Kumaykay River Farm all for free.

As we saw the enchanting part of this beautiful region, we all decided to stop and enjoy the serene ambiance and lush greenery. Honestly, it caught my attention, and decided further to experience the simple things that we could enjoy even if we only had less food and the cake.

The place was a serene haven with a flowing river that was so cold. It offers a peaceful retreat to any traveler and the area is surrounded by verdant hills and dense forests.

I was so relaxed as I stepped on the waters and even decided to take a bath in the fresh and cold waters.

It is nice to know that we enjoyed things for free not to mention that Kumaykay River, is a hidden gem in its own right. The Kumaykay River has been known as one of the famous rivers in Dahilayan.

I so love its pristine waters and picturesque surroundings. It was a pleasant surprise to find that it flows through the river farm. And the decision to take a short hike to explore this natural wonder was so priceless.

My day at Bagalangit, with its beautiful Kumaykay River, turned out to be the perfect day. I enjoyed everything that connected me with nature and the the experience was truly so memorable. I never left the place without taking a lot of candid poses and it made my day.

If you having a vacation in Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, Philippines, particularly in Mindanao, never miss to take a detour at the pristine waters of Kumaykay River. I must say that it is a hidden gem with its cool and fresh flowing waters. How I love everything here and it is an enchanting place to relax from the bustle of city life.

Perhaps the river has left me with so many unforgettable memories as it is also my first time going here. I hope to be back for another exciting adventure and priceless memories.
