Yesterday, the boys enjoyed some delicious empanadas. He had prepared them with great love, filling them with meat and others with Ham and Cheese. While they ate, they laughed about stories from school and the pranks of the past week. You could hear the crunch of the dough when you bit into it and the delicious aroma filled the entire house. They ended up full and happy, giving thanks for the feast.
Today, however, it's pizza. From early on, the boys were already excited. You know that I like to knead and it's not because I make them, but they are really delicious.
I prepared the pizza dough ahead of time since I like it to rise quite a bit, then I made the buns, let them rise again and then spread them into the pizza pan. Then, in the oven.
Soon, the smell of freshly baked pizza filled the kitchen. Laughter and excitement filled the air as they watched the cheese bubble in the oven. When we took them out, they were golden and crispy, perfect for eating with the family.
At the end of the day, the boys were happy. Dinner became a party where they not only enjoyed the food, but also the time together. Tomorrow, they were already thinking about what delight they were going to surprise them with.
Ayer, los chicos disfrutaron de unas empanadas deliciosas. Las había preparado con mucho cariño, llenándolas de carne y otras de Jamón y Queso . Mientras comían, se reían de anécdotas de la escuela y de las travesuras de la semana pasada. Se escuchaba el crujir de la masa al morder y el delicioso aroma llenaba toda la casa. Terminaron llenos y contentos, agradeciendo por el festín.
Hoy, en cambio, les toca pizza. Desde temprano, los chicos ya estaban emocionados. Saben que me gusta amasar y no es porque las haga yo, pero me quedan realmente muy ricas.
Preparé la maza de pizza con tiempo ya que me gusta que eleven bastante, luego hice los bollos, los dejé elevar nuevamente para luego desparramarlos en el molde pizzero. Luego, al horno.
Al rato, el olor a pizza recién horneada inundó la cocina. Las risas y la emoción llenaban el ambiente mientras veían cómo el queso burbujeaba en el horno. Al sacarlas, estaban doradas y crujientes, perfectas para comer en familia.
Al final del día, los chicos estaban felices. La cena se convirtió en una fiesta donde no solo disfrutaron de la comida, sino también del tiempo juntos. Mañana, ya estaban pensando con que delicia los iba sorprender.
