Happy weekend to you my friends in @diyhub community ,its always amazing to be here
Especially to learn some new diy from amazing and talented people in this community.
And i must say, diyhub is a place where everyone need to be, it's more fun by the day and very educative.
Today i decided to create a star shape earing
I guess the design is for the season.
I wanted to used red sand beads but i have used it all for my previous diy and am yet to get some new ones.
So today,i decided to use blue color sand beads to see how it will look like.
The materials i used today was really simple and unique and it's was affordable.
- Blue sand beads
- Yellow crystal beads
- plier
- fishing line
- silver Earring hooks
Here are the steps i took for the star earrings
First step:
I selected five yellow crystal beads
Took my fishing line and i inserted the five crystal beads into the fishing line
Next,i took the one of the tip of the fishing line and i crossed it through each of the the beads to have a little star shape.
Next step:
I took a blue color sand bead and put the fishing line through it and inserted it through the side of the yellow crystal.
Next step: I repeated the same procedure till i finish inserting the blue sand beads into each of it sides
Next,i took six blue beads and inserted it through each sides starting from each blue bead i had inserted earlier.
Next,i continued the process till i went round all the sides.
Next step:
I decided to add one beads to all the tips for a proper star shape
Lastly,i got my earing hook and i inserted it into the earing and my earing was ready.
While i was working on it my baby kept me company though she disturbed a little and i tried as much to control the beads so that she will not put it in our mouth, but am glad i finished on time for the capturing
Hence her leg and hand was used to captured mummy's diy earing.
I hope you all will like it.
