So, I decided to prepare some delicious sweets for tea time, and they turned out to be a hit. Today, I’m sharing a brand-new recipe: coconut toffee with rice flour. This treat is incredibly tasty, and the addition of rice flour gives it a unique twist.
What’s even better is that this can be prepared at home more safely and at a lower cost than buying it from the market. So, let's find out how to prepare this delightful sweet to enjoy with a cup of tea.
Materials Used.
Rice flour 100g.
Coconut milk 200ml.
Sugar 250g.
1/2 Teaspoon of vanilla.
Dried fruit pieces for garnish 30g.
The cooking process as follows.
Now we are ready to prepare these sweets. For that, first put a pan on the stove and add rice flour to it. Fry until it becomes slightly discolored (light brown). After keep the fried rice flour separately.
Now take another bowl and add coconut milk and sugar to it. Now put it on the stove and mix well on low flame.
Meanwhile spread coconut oil on a tray and keep it separate.
Now when the sugar melts in the pot kept on the stove, it will turn a light yellow color. Then add some vanilla.
Next, when the mixture thickens, add the rice flour. .
Now we mix the mixture until it becomes thick.
Now we add the mixture in proportion to the coconut oil greased tray. Let's spread dry fruit pieces on it. It cuts into pieces in about 60 minutes.
If you follow these steps, you'll end up with a delicious coconut toffee mixed with rice flour. This treat looks and tastes like a wonderful candy. To be honest, I’m trying this recipe for the first time myself!
