A couple of days ago, I got to earn from my first ever airdrop. I'm sure it's no news to most of us about the DOGS airdrop that was listed a couple of days ago. That wasn't the first time I was earning from an airdrop per say, but it was like the first time I really felt like I had indeed gained from an airdrop by just signing up alone.
And this isn't the first airdrop I had signed up for in the past, in fact there used to be a time when I had a book where that I would always write down the names of any airdrop that I had signed up for and trust me when I say it was hundreds of airdrop back then.
I used to be a member of this locked WhatsApp group where a guy would always drop links to airdrop and ask us to sign up without really explaining the procedure to us. So whenever an airdrop with good potentials required any other form of activity other than just signing up for it, maybe like gas fee or bridging of tokens, I was always left lost because I had no one to explain it to me.
So I always settled for the simple ones that only required me just signing up, unfortunately most of them never saw the light of day as they mostly crashed along the way or something else happened to it. So when a friend of mine had sent me the link to sign up for DOGS, I had been a little bit reluctant to do it at first, but he had persuaded me and I had gone ahead to do it, seeing how all I needed to sign up was just my telegram account.
So imagine how excited I got when it eventually got listed and for the first time in a long while, the one airdrop where I didn't have to do much about it actually paid me. It sure was a surprise to me and also kinda like a motivation for me not to give up and to just keep on signing up for as much airdrop as possible.
Unfortunately, I really do need help with some of these airdrops. I wish there was a group out there where you get to ask questions and be directed on how to sign up for these things, not just to dump the links on me and disappear just because you want referrals.
