So come to think of it let's talk about the risk of not having a good living
Looking at at from the psychological aspect of every human life . Not having a healthy and good life can affect one leading or keeping one in the following ways
- Psychological imbalance - not having a settled mind about what might hold in the next few minutes keeping an individual mind running and depression
- Health issues - not trying to obtain a good life can lead to to underlying health issues which can be very inconvenient for most person for example not having good diets can lead to malnutrition and so on
- A very poor mental health though stress and stigmas like not being competent in the society or not have a good societal status
- One might consider being socially isolated also due to some financial restrictions
- Low self esteem
- Sleepless night
- Anxiety fears and panic can also be the cases
So in as much one wants to avoid all this one must ensure living a healthy life
But in general we can talk about steps in achieving a healthy good living lifestyle
- Steady prayer life with God
- Work hard
- Eat well and healthy and lots more
So in all you do focus more on the positive than the negative
