Today I will be making banana and carrot smoothies. A banana is a very good fruit, and it contains a lot of things like sugar, carbohydrates, fiber, potassium, protein, and so many more, which is very good for the body.
The combination of bananas and carrots is perfect and promotes good health, so why not take it a lot more? LoL 🤣 I love the natural taste and, of course, the freshness as well.
Ingredients are:
Banana (250g)
Carrots (150g)
Milk (50g)
Procedure
I rinsed the carrots and then made use of a knife to scrape the body.
I cut them into pieces so that the blender could blend them well.

The next thing I did was peel the bananas back, then pack them beside the sliced carrots.

I poured the sliced carrots into the blender and then added a full cup of water inside for blending.

I blended it for 2 minutes so that the carrots could blend smoothly.
I poured the blended carrot inside a siever, then made use of a tablespoon to stir it until there was no juice left in the carrot, and then I threw the shaft away.

I rinsed the blender and then poured the banana and the carrot juice, then blended it for 3 minutes because bananas don't blend easily like that.

After that, I poured the mixture into a clean bowl and then added the 50g of milk inside and made use of a tablespoon to stir it.

I poured it inside a jar for refrigerating, and now the natural sweet smoothies are ready to be served. You can have it like that, but I wanted mine chilled.
