Buenos dias a todos los seguidores de esta excelente plataforma social, la concidero asi por el solo hecho de que siempre estamos entrecrusando todo referente a nuestras pubicaciones, mas bien quiero decir que es muy bueno cuando leemos en alguna y volcamos sobre la misma nuestra opinion y asi poder darle mas ganas y fuerza para seguir con las mismas, por ejemplo en este caso me refiero una manera de comida para el almuerzo, por supuesto que la misma salio muy sabrosa y se trata de bifes de carne de res con con tomate.
Al notar que se cocino de un lado los bifes, los doy vuelta para que se termine de cocinar, las ramitas que se puede ver en la sarten con la carne, sabemos que nadie es perfecto y lo que nos impulsa compartir en este grupo o plataforma, es para bien de todos, bueno sigo con mi comida, en una sarten le agrego un poco de aceite de oliva, luego dichos bifes antes mencionadas, le agrego sal a gusto y un poco de pimienta en este caso blanca.
Mientras se termina de cocinar la carne preparo el tomate, el cual lo corto en juliana, le agrego un poco de aceite de oliva, sal a gusto y listo.
