Buenos dias a todos, muy feliz por otro dia mas y por ser ese otro dia mas un sabado, comienzo de fin de semana, asi que bien se sabe uno de los dias de fin de semana, es muy bueno degustar un permitido y hablando de permitido una buena milanesa de mondongo, con pure de papas, para preparar dicho pure, pelamos la papa, luego la cortamos en trozos pequeños, luego la hervimos muy bien. hasta que la misma se hablande, luego le quitamos el agua y con un pisador de papas, comenzamos a elaborar el pure, para eso le agregamos un poco de mantequilla y de leche, asi sale mas rico.

Referente a la milanesa, la misma se prepara de la siguiente manera, tenemos el mondongo, lo limpiamos bien, quitandole los restos de grasa, luego lo hervimos bien le agregamos ajo, sal a gusto y oregano, despues cuando notamos que esta blando, lo quitamos del agua, lo dejamos que se enfrie y lo cortamos a la medida de nuestras milanesas, para lo cual cual en un volts, agregamos huevo sal, ajo en polvo, lo batimos muy bien agregamos el mondongo, para luego quitarlo, pasarlo por pan rallado y despues freirlo, en aceite y un poco de grasa vegetal, quedando com se ve en la foto, muy rico.
