Combining Exercises and Dieting Works Better.

Staying in shape of physically fit is now a common thing; ladies are concerned about their body shape and body size, while guys are worried about their stomach or abs structure and chest size. Kinda crazy right! These things are actually good, comes with some physical, social and health benefits and value in some niche or field.

Being careful about what we feed how body is crucial to our well being. Our body is 50% the result of what we are feeding it. I said so because every single part of our body take energy and nutrients from the types of food we eat to function. Since our body directly or indirectly reacts to what we feed it overtime, it is expideint to always watch what we eat. Watching what to eat to have a better shape is commonly called dieting, which almost all ladies who are looking to get a better shape fall into-- dieting. I don't think that dieting can ever be something I'd look forward to, I do not see myself in such thing because of how I've seen and heard from people who do it. It's clear that's it's not my thing. I can't be hungry and not eat what I crave for and also have the money or resources to get it.

Dieting generally requires eating light, which I think many ladies can cope with, not men since we tend to consume lot more than the females do. For some who really want to be in shape, they go to dietitian and get some prescribed food that will bring their body into shape and most times what they are asked to eat rarely contain any solid or heavy food. I have noticed that so many ladies now say they do not eat late at night because they are watching their weight; they don't want to have a protruded stomach.

In the other side, doing exercises is another common way to be in shape. Actually, I prefer this to dieting because it doesn't deprive me of the kind of food I want 😂😂. Exercises are effective and the result is always enticing sometimes because the shape of the body. The number of ladies that now go to the gym is way more than before (though we know the goal of some at the gym). The rigorous, consistent and resilient activities work on the muscles in the body and over time shape them to the desire of the one doing the gym. In 2020/2021 I got to know that all forms of exercises have their effects on different part of the body. So if you want to keep just your shoulders, arms, chest and stomach in shape, you have to do some specific exercises. Ladies who want their hips, waist and lap to be ore pronounced also have certain exercises they just keep to.

Funny fact about gyming is that you will are going to be feeling the pain from first trial and will wonder why the results hasn't come; it takes time and diligence for desired results to be gotten in the gym.

I think combining both dieting and exercises is the best. Advanced gym centers now have dietitian and health workers who make sure that every client in the gym get prescribed diet or supplement which will help bring the result faster or much better.

Exercise or dieting can become toxic to an individual when he or she refuses to stick to the workouts or diets and in some cases, some go on to pick diets or exercise they think would give them the preferred body shape without consulting a dietitian or gym instructor; which eventually lead to an abnormal shape of the body or continuous pain in certain areas of the body

Exercise with the wrong food combination can be frustrating and with out result so for me the moment anyone decides the kind of shape they wanna achieve you have to be financially, physically and mentally prepared cause you wanna seek the services of a specialist or registering at a gym and you have to be consistent

People that try to sharpen up by only adjusting their diet make me laugh. Man has to do the real work to get the real results. Thankfully, we're on the same page, but I wonder what your favourite exercises are.

First reason why it's quite funny to me is that I like food and can't fathom why they choose to avoid some good food to vet n shape when they could just do some exercises.

I have stopped doing conscious exercises (waking up to exercise, my fav are push up and squat. I can't stress myself). But school activities are more than enough exercise that has been keeping my body, especially legs fit for a while now😂😂

I agree that combining diet and exercise would give better results than just one and practice both and stick into it.
