FRANKLY SPEAKING...

This is very emotional, touchy, and sad in a good way, the last time I cried over a movie was many years ago and that was when I saw TITANIC. This particular series made me think about the last time I cried while watching a movie. All my life I have always cried over hollywood movies and some bollywood movies, I have never for once thought about the fact that I might one day cry over my best genre of movie, not until I saw one that made me quite emotional today, it didn’t just end with me being emotional, I was moved to tears…

When it comes to movies, especially korean dramas, and bollywood movies, I have always tried to keep my feelings and emotions in check to avoid crying like a baby, I have always tried to form the hard guy type while seeing some emotional movies, but these days it seems these movies are out to get me big time, and today is a big example…

I was moved to tears today while seeing a kdrama, I never knew I would be shedding tears at the end of this movie since the beginning was very hilarious and sweet, I couldn’t help but laugh out loud at so many scenes, I was happy to have come across this particular kdrama because it made me smile big time…

Seeing how the beginning of this series was filled with so many funny moments, I was made to think the ending would be the same, only for me to find myself shedding tears of joy at the last episode of the movie, i couldn’t believe what was rolling down my cheeks until I had two teardrops on my phone screen…

This was when I knew my steeze and composure had gone to zero. I was forced to relate everything that happened in the movie to my life, i mean there were so many similarities between my family and that of the main lead actor in the movie…

Imagine growing up in a family where one has to witness the downfall of one’s parent while trying to make ends meet, SONG KI-BAEK was forced to live a life filled with misery and pains as a child, he witnessed the fall of his father several times while trying to help the family, and because his parents never understood his pain deep down, he was compelled to live a life filled with lies, he grew up living far away from his parents, determined to give himself the best life without the influence of his real family and their situation…

This movie portrays many different aspects of life, I came to understand many things about life after seeing this particular movie. The fear and pain of losing one’s family is something I saw clearly in this movie, this movie was just so emotional and inspiring in so many ways…

I saw how much courage and strength one could get from having the support of one’s family and how sad one could be without a family and their support. Friends would fail you in life but family is forever, the bond between siblings and their parents is never fragile, it is forever and always…

In summary, I came to realize and cherish the bond between myself and my family members after watching this particular movie, I came to realize what I have been doing wrong as a child regarding my duties towards my parents, and thanks to this movie I knew what I needed to do to make up for my past mistakes. I now fully understand my duties as a son after this movie, I am inspired and grateful…

In conclusion, the joy and happiness I derived from frankly speaking is one like no other. I will be rating this particular kdrama a ten out of ten for many reasons, I have also learned a lot from it so far and I am very grateful…

Mr. Looter Foxy, what will you be doing differently now that you've learned a lot from the movie?

Sure, I would, all i ask for is grace

😁😁😁
I asked you what that thing is, I want to learn too 🥺

I learnt that sometimes things don’t always go as planned, and that we shouldn’t always blame our parents for how things turn out in our life, it is just what it is, what will be will be

Que sera sera 🥺

Thank you for sharing ❤️
