To compliment the street food, i boiled and mashed a potatoes and dilute mint flavour into water. This is how i like to taste the hoke made paani puri.
The best way to eat paninpuri is to make a hole in the crispy ball, fill some mashed potatoes into it, and redill tye sane ball with the flavoured water and put it into the mouth. It will give a verstalie flavour.
