This is one of my favourite points of discussion because I've spent an absolute eternity breaking it down for myself, and then reworking the concept back up in my mind!
Power is an illusion.
No-one has power over you.
No-one.
You are absolutely free to go and do what you like, whenever you want.
You can create a complete scam token and sell everyone down the river, and plead innocent all the way to the judge and jury if it ever comes to that; nothing can stop you choosing your own path in life.
The idea that people have power over you is an illusion, albeit a well crafted illusion. Control is a highly sought after tool in our overlords arsenal. You are coerced through steep consequences.
If you do x, then y will happen, and if x isn't acceptable, then y isn't going to be very nice.
That's called actions have consequences, but it's not power.
The power is in the weight you have behind your actions -- you can say "fuck you" to those consequences; that is still within your power, although after that you'll probably be met with much harsher punishments.
Tell me,
What do you do with your time?
What do you spend your free time on?
How much of a difference do you make in the world?
Do you add to it? Or do you subtract from the world? Your actions will typically tell you more than you know about yourself, and, of course, how powerful you are.
No-one has power over me, only I have power over myself.
Sure, I've made some shitty decisions, and recently, but that was all me. No-one else. Even the people that talk to me, ultimately I have full control over my own decision-making.
But then what about if a truck drives into you and it takes you the whole of two years to piece everything back together?
That's harsh.
Or what about if you get an illness that disables you for life?
Yeah, that actually sucks. The world sucks ass sometimes, it really does.
But you have the power within yourself to say that you're not going to let that stand in your way; that you're going to try everything within yourself to turn the situation around, whatever the case.
This is actually the core philosophy of what we do when we help people with their situations, or what I used to do anyway. Sometimes we are our own worst enemies. We can't see the forest for the trees.
It's why recovery takes many years; a fully adult mind takes years to reprogram, it's not something you just suddenly wake up one day and do.
But here's a secret I'll let you in on:
The people that you think have power over you, it is this way because you have gifted them this power, you yourself allow them to make decisions on your behalf, and they wield that power either in good ways or bad ways -- depending who you give it to.
I mean many people have slices of mine, however I'd like to think the people in my life are using it in ways for good. As soon as I get the idea that it's being used for bad, then I take it back. Simple as.
If only people realised that only them hold power, then the world would be far stronger and greater.
That's why faith wields so much force; people give up their own personal power for something greater than themselves -- whatever that faith me be. There's plenty of them in this world to chose from.
Power is not taken, it's given.
Politicians have power; not because they can do great things, but the people serving them agree to their wishes.
If there was no consensus amongst the chain of command there would be no consolidation of power.
Which leads me onto my next concept:
Financial servitude
The reason everyone is so poor right now, or poorer they have been in years is not because of inflation, or jobs, or whatever -- it's a controlled act of the consolidation of power.
People are much more likely to do things they normally wouldn't in work when their family would starve if they were to lose their jobs.
They are more willing to give up their power so that the family can have a hot meal at night.
This was the way we were headed in the future. Under the Biden administration, the stakes were high; businesses were being cut left, right and centre, and food and bills were going through the roof.
Hopefully under new management, and the promise of a more libertarian government that's exceedingly good news for the entire world.
People will feel that they have more control over their lives because they will have more control over their finances -- and crypto is about to make a mainstream entrance this year so I'm sure that will pave way for financial abundance.
This will greatly alleviate a lot of the anger, hurt, and division we see out there right now. Because there's a lot. If people are financially sound then we'll see less anger and seperation and more focus on building and wealth.
Time will tell.
But most importantly remember,
Your power is yours and yours only to give out.
Use it wisely.
