Risk Is Better Than Regrets

Few months I invested over $2,000 on a crypto project that I thought had huge potentials and the market cap was at $3 Million. Three years ago the market cap was at $294 Million, you can see how much in value it has fallen. So I felt that buying the bottom was a very wise idea. For some weird reason I have been really hopeful about the project, but ever since I bought it for $2,100 the value of my current portfolio is worth $533. That’s 4X less than it used to be, that was a very huge risk, but will I choose risk over regret, yes everyday.

This is because, whenever I take risks and it doesn’t go as planned I am satisfied with myself for at least trying, you are one decision away from achieving your dreams. Imagine you saw a risk but you were to scared to take it, the risk could have cost you a couple of hundreds of dollars, but you were too scared. Fast forward to some months later, you realised that if you had taken that risk that would have made you a couple of thousands of dollars richer. So you spend the rest of your life regretting and that can be really heart breaking.

For every risk I ever took in my life I have no regrets, but for every risks I was too scared to take and it went great, I have regrets. Taking risks means taking actions, having regrets means not taking actions and if you ever took risks and have regrets afterwards then I guess that was inevitable. Remember, this is not a financial advise.
