The hive price is low, and I have been closely tracking its price for the last few days. The last time we saw a low cost for the hive was in 2020; after that, we saw an all-time high for the hive in 2021. This year we have seen hive prices below $0.20 and I think that this is the best time to accumulate hive as much as possible. I have some HBD in savings in my wallet and I decided to withdraw this so that I can convert it to hive. I have done it many times in the past and this is why I don't have any HBD savings balance before. Every time I try to build a holding for HBD in saving then I see some opportunities for a better price of the hive and this is when I convert all HBD to the hive. This helps me to grow my hive power and I am happy to do this.
I started the withdrawal of HBD from savings and I got 200 HBD today. Now hive price is slightly up but I want to do the conversion at this price. I have 200 HBD with me in liquid so I have done 100 to hive already and waiting to see if I get an even lower price for hive. This can get me more hive if the price drops.
I have done this conversion now and left with 100 HBD. There is another withdrawal that I am going to receive after 2 days. Now I'm hoping that this price goes down so that I can convert more HBD and this will be getting me more hive. I have done the conversion for 100 HBD already at the current price and now for more, I am waiting to see if the price drops. If the price goes down then it is good for me and if not then also it is good for me because I have already done some which will be more valuable in case of the price increase.
I'm not an expert but I believe that the hive price of less than 20 cents is I steal deal that should not be missed. At this price, we can try to grab as much as possible because there are two benefits. First, the price will appreciate once the market cycle starts and the second benefit is coming in the form of a curation reward. We can power up those tokens and through this, we can earn more curation rewards which is a good opportunity to generate some passive income.
I have 24k HP now and looks like at this time when the hive price is low I can increase my HP faster and make it to 25k soon. The crypto market is unpredictable which means we should be ready with some emergency funds to deal with this type of situation but sadly I had nothing except HBD with me and that is something I'm trying to utilize in the best possible way. I should be able to do it hopefully at the lower price in the market and this is such a good time and price to go ahead and grab some discounted hive.
